Dr. Mac is an interdisciplinary artist, quantitative researcher, and strategic consultant who helps people and organizations navigate change through a human-centered, research-driven lens. With nearly a decade of experience in behavioral analytics, coaching, and clinical practice, she bridges creativity, data, and emotional insight to foster environments where both people and performance thrive.

As a licensed professional counselor and researcher, Dr. Mac specializes in trauma, burnout, and identity development, helping leaders unpack emotional patterns shaped by personal, cultural, and organizational systems to build clarity, resilience, and authentic leadership. Her research explores how personality, environment, and design impact creativity and well-being particularly within high-stakes, underrepresented workplace contexts. In winter of 2024–2025 Visiting Scholar at the Arthur F. Kinney Center, she examined how environmental narratives found in historical texts continue to influence modern organizational culture and systems.

She has held leadership roles including Interim Board Chair for Pagus: Africa and Vice Chair for Blacks in I/O, and offers pro bono consulting for small businesses in rural, low-income, and minority communities. Her data-informed strategies are tailored to support sustainable growth, inclusion, and innovation. A practicing artist, Dr. Mac has held residencies at Grand Marais Art Colony, Azule, and was awarded the prestigious Arctic Circle Residency for 2027. Her work has been exhibited internationally with the NAACP, Noyes Cultural Center, and Downtown Seattle Association. She has served on the Finance Committee at Intuit Art Museum focusing on acquisitions of living artists and curated inclusive exhibitions to amplify underrepresented voices in the arts.
Through her adaptable, integrative approach, Dr. Mac helps organizations flourish through coaching, transform through strategy, and heal through reflection aligning to HuePalettes mission of creating workspaces that look, feel, and perform like the future.
